A Special Kind of Conference:

We are planning a different kind of Eschatology conference to be held just outside of Whitehall, Montana for July 22-25, 2025.

This conference will be a weekday conference, Tuesday-Friday, rather than a typical "weekend" conference where attendees arrive on Friday and leave on Sunday. The plan is to make this a destination conference in SW Montana that can be combined with a family or special vacation for attendees to enjoy the amazing recreational, touring, and outdoor options the area has to offer.

The goal of this conference is to highlight fellowship time and opportunities for Preterists to build relationships and network for future plans and goals in the fulfilled community. Combined with this relationship and fellowship focus, we are planning a blockbuster speaker list.

These confirmed speakers will present powerful teaching sessions that will expand your understanding of the roots of prophetic fulfillment that originate from the book of Genesis.

Our Schedule:

The daily conference schedule will kickoff each day with an afternoon/evening dinner, followed by Praise and Worship and then three evening sessions (and Q & A time).Typically, this schedule will run from about 5 p.m to 9:30 pm each afternoon/evening for all four days. Full slate of Speaker and Session titles will be released soon.

This schedule will leave the days open throughout the conference for attendees to go on day trips and outtings to explore wild Montana in the glorious summer season of beauty and grandeur. The local area is a prime tourist destination during the summer because it has so much to offer within a pleasant climate and atmosphere combined with gorgeous scenery.

We also recommend attendees consider to arrive a few days before the conference, or stay a few days after the conference to be able to fully explore Yellowstone National Park (about a 2 hour drive SE from Whitehall, MT) or Glacier National Park (about a 5 hour drive NW from Whitehall. MT).

There are also many other tourist destinations and spectacular outdoor recreational opportunities to make the extended stay worthwhile.

The Location:

The 2025 Eschatology of Genesis Montana Conference will be held at the Copper K Barn. This special event and wedding center is a historic barn built in the 1880s, but modernized for convenient use as a summer event venue.

The Copper K Barn is about a 10 minute drive (6 miles) south of Whitehall into the foothills of the Tobacco Root Mountains. It stands on a bluff overlooking the Jefferson River. The picture in the background of the conference brochure above is taken directly from the place where the Copper K Barn is located.

You can read more about the history and details of Copper K Barn directly from the website here.

Expect daytime high temperature of about 85-88 degrees and nightime low temps of 55-65 degrees on average for this time of year.

Accomodation Arrangements:

The Copper K Barn venue has many acres of maintained lawn for outdoor weddings that can also be used for RV Parking and open tent camping. This feature of the venue is free of charge to all attendees and will help make the conference affordable for those who choose to use this site location for accomodations. The Copper K Barn has no electric hookup or dump station for RVs, but does include restrooms and a facility kitchen.

We expect a significant portion of attendeeds will make use of this free option for accomodations, leading to a festival type atmosphere and vibe on location. We may set up an outdoor pavilion for outdoor cooking, organization, and functional use during the conference.  This will depend on the numer of campers and RVs that arrive. More details to be announced.

For those who would rather access hotel accomodations, there is a medium sized hotel in Whitehall called The Jefferson Inn. There are also hotel options in Three Forks (27 miles east of Whitehall) and Butte (29 miles west of Whitehall). There are numerous small towns in the area which offer fishing lodge and cabin accomodations including Twin Bridges (14 miles south of Whitehall) and  Sheridan (20 miles south of Whitehall). A large number of hotel options are available in Bozeman (57 miles east of Whitehall), Dillon (55 miles sw of Whitehall), Helena (64 miles north of Whitehall), and Ennis (45 miles se of Whitehall), but we recommend closer arrangments if at all possible. The evening fellowship and discussion after the presentations may go late in the night if other conference experiences are any indication of what is to come.

SW Montana is a major tourist destination area during the summer season, so there are numerous AirBnB options and cabins available as well. I will provide a list of these options for direct contact soon. One example that is just a few miles from the Copper K Barn is The Amish Daily Farm which can host a few dozen attendees with its own capacity and options. There are also numerous AirBnB options in the Whitehall area.

The important thing is to make reservations early to beat the seasonal rush to the area.

This will provide the best availability and most reasonable pricing as things become more limited and more expensive the closer we get to the tourist season.

Airline Travel Options:

Bozeman (BZN) is the most convenient airport to access SW Montana by air travel. This is the main airport that provides service for Yellowstone visitors and Big Sky Montana ski area and resort. You will find the best prices, largest planes, and best options by flying into Bozeman (BZN) and then driving to Whitehall which is about 57 miles west of Gallatin Field.

Butte does have some airline access and is a bit closer to Whitehall at 29 miles to the west. Helena also provides more options for access to SW Montana at 64 miles north of Whitehall. However, the Bozeman airport is the preferred airport due to capacity, price, and airline flight options.

Ground Transportation Details and Suggestions:

Please realize that there is no Uber or Lyft service in the rural areas surrounding the Whitehall area.

We expect many attendees will decide to make it a road trip and drive to the Montana Conference. This transportation option means that attendees will be free to come and go in their personal vehicles as they please.

Car rentals are available in the area, particularly at the Bozeman Airport, since a huge number of visitors access Yelowstone National Park each summer and arrange their rental car reservation at Bozeman for their arrival. We do highly recommend having transportation lined up for your Montana visit.

Facebook Discussion Group and Cooperative Planning for the Montana Conference:

A special Facebook discussion group called "Montana Conference Planning" has been opened for those who would like to investigate the possibility of attending this conference.

New information will be posted regularly to this group as the details develop and the time gets closer.

Members of this discussion group can also post in order to coordinate their needs, including travel sharing, accomodation planning, meals, day trips, etc. to reduce expenses. We expect attendees will be traveling to the area from all over the US so there may be rides offered to defray travel costs. Members of this group can "self-organize" their own planning in the most convenient way as possible. Feel free to join here.
