"I want you to know that when it comes to my beliefs about the Bible, I am not easily convinced by clever arguments. The only way to change my beliefs is to demonstrate in the Bible that I am wrong. I have been engaging in debates about creation/evolution for years, whether verbally or in chat rooms or online forums. As soon as I started reading your book, I realized that I may be wrong. As I progressed through it I couldn't find any fault with your interpretation of the Scriptures that you used, so I changed my beliefs. I am a much more consistent preterist now...
I loved your section on "heaven and earth" in the book. When I read the paragraph about how Abraham's offspring would be as numerous as the stars in the heavens and sand on the earth I literally got goosebumps... I also loved the comparisons you made between Moses and Jesus. What I really love about preterism is how it links the entire Bible together into one story. I love how it is all inter-connected...
